Our website is to inform landowners of the programs that are made possible to help conserve our natural resources.  We are partners with The Department of Agriculture (TDA) and the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).  We have available, for those that qualify, state and federal funds to help establish Best Management Practices (BMP) that will help protect our valuable water, soil, and air. Technicial assistance is provided by the Staff of NRCS, Chase Hicks, District Conservationist for Bradley/Polk counties, Jim Ledford, Soil Conservation Technican, and Jessi Linkous, Soil Conservationist, and Joyce Green, BCSCD Technician.   Our office is located in the USDA Service Center 450 Stuart Road, NE, Cleveland, TN 37312.
